The Beginning of her Journey

A few weeks ago, Sydney felt a lump on her chest. She went to the doctor to get blood work done and had an MRI at Primary Children's Hospital last Tuesday. She has been in the hospital since her MRI. Primary Children's Hospital has a great staff of doctors and nurses working with Sydney. She also been surrounded by love and support from friends and family
Sydney with her baby sister, Ava.
She started chemotherapy today. She will have a very invasive 5 week treatment then go back for treatment every 3 weeks for 45 weeks. She has a total of 50 weeks of chemo ahead of her.

Sydney with her beautiful mother, Barbi. Sydney has amazing parents who haven't left her side.
There is a LDS branch president in the hospital. The branch president and his wife came and gave Sydney a primary lesson.
The Elders came and administered the sacrament on Sunday morning.
Sydney has the most amazing parents and grandparents. Here are her grandparents from her mom and dad's side. Everyone came into the small room to take the sacrament.
This is Sydney with some of her crazy aunts and cousins last week.
Bryden was so happy to see Syd and that sweet smile made Syd have an even bigger smile!
